One important way that we promote wellness is to provide your child with vaccinations that PREVENT SERIOUS DISEASE. Our vaccine schedule is based on recommendations put forward by the AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS and the CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL.
You may learn more about these vaccines by looking up the websites listed in our PARENT RESOURCE section. If you have questions regarding this schedule or specific vaccines your pediatrician is also available to provide any information needed.
Our STANDARD VACCINE SCHEDULE is the following:
2 MONTHS: Pediarix (DTap/IPV/Hep B), Hib, Rotarix and PCV 13
4 MONTHS: Pediarix, Hib, Rotarix and PCV13
6 MONTHS: Pediarix, PCV13
12 MONTHS: MMR, Varicella, PCV13
15 MONTHS: Hib, DTaP, Hep A
24 MONTHS: Hep A
4 YEARS: MMR/Varicella, Kinrix (DTaP-IPV)
11 YEARS: Menactra, TdaP
12 YEARS: HPV#1, 2 months later: HPV#2, 6 months later HPV#3
16-18 YEARS: Menactra #2, MenB
FLU VACCINES are offered annually after the age of 6 months
